Buying dope is easy. That is probably not what people expect to hear from someone who worked undercover, but it is true. If you have money, you can buy drugs. You do not need to be a criminal mastermind. You do not need a movie-script password. You do not need to be the toughest person in the room. You need money, opportunity, and enough sense not to act like an idiot.
I bought a lot of drugs while working undercover. Cocaine, marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine, ecstasy, pills, powders, rock, and things I still do not know what they were. I bought amounts that could fit under a fingernail and a semi-trailer full.
